CareFree Kits is a UK health-awareness initiative operated by OREME LTD. We make at-home screening kits easier to access, so more people can take a proactive approach to their health.
What we do
We supply rapid at-home screening kits for sexually transmitted infections and other health checks. Your first kit is free; you pay a delivery fee, and extra kits in the same order have a small charge, all shown clearly before checkout.
We are a supplier of screening kits. We do not provide diagnosis, medical treatment, prescriptions, contraception or fertility services.
CE Marked · In Vitro Diagnostic (IVD). Our available kits carry the CE mark and IVD symbol on their packaging. CE marking is the manufacturer's declaration that the product meets applicable EU requirements. It is not an approval or endorsement by the NHS, the MHRA, Google or any government body, and it does not guarantee that any individual result is accurate.
How an order works
You choose your kits, pay securely by card through Stripe, and we pack your order in plain, unbranded packaging and send it by Royal Mail. You receive an email confirmation and a dispatch email when your parcel is on its way.
Every kit has step-by-step guidance on our instructions page, and our Health Knowledge Hub explains testing and results in plain English.
Our approach to health information
We provide kit-specific instructions and base our educational content on NHS and UK public health guidance. A home screening result is not a diagnosis. Positive or unclear results should always be confirmed by a GP or sexual health clinic.
