We collect only the personal data needed to deliver your kit — your name, address, email, and order details. We do not sell your data, ever.

Information is stored securely on protected systems with restricted access, and is retained only for as long as needed to fulfil your order and meet our legal obligations.

We only send communications relating to your order. You can opt out of any non-essential messages at any time by contacting us.

We use trusted shipping and payment partners who process data on our behalf under strict data-protection terms.

1. Pricing. All test kits are supplied free of charge. Customers pay only the applicable shipping & handling fee shown at checkout. There are no hidden charges.

2. Use of kits. Customers are responsible for following the instructions supplied with each kit. Kits are intended for personal at-home use only.

3. No medical guarantee. Results from at-home tests are indicative only and do not constitute medical diagnosis. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding your health.

4. Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, CareFree Kits's liability for any claim arising from the supply or use of a kit is limited to the shipping fee paid for that order. We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

5. Data protection. Personal data is processed in accordance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. See our Privacy Policy.

6. Damaged or lost orders. If an order arrives damaged or does not arrive, we will send a replacement at no additional cost. Use the contact form and we will arrange this for you.

7. Refunds & shipping. As kits are supplied free of charge, refunds apply only to the shipping fee in cases of non-delivery or damaged items, subject to verification.

8. Service availability. Service availability is subject to stock, location, and operational capacity. We may withdraw or limit availability at any time.

We ship across the UK in plain, unbranded packaging. A flat shipping & handling fee is charged per order.

Most orders arrive within a few working days. If your order has not arrived within 10 working days, use our contact form and we will investigate.

Strictly necessary cookies keep the site working — these can't be switched off.

Analytics and advertising measurement. With your permission we use Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook) pixel to measure how our site and adverts perform, and to help improve them. This sends technical information such as the pages you view, the kit you choose, whether an order was completed, cookie identifiers, browser type and IP address. We do not share your name, email address, delivery address, or health information with advertising platforms.
