Returns & Refunds

Simple, fair and clear.

How we handle damaged, missing or incorrect orders.

Our returns policy

We do not offer discretionary returns or refunds for unwanted kits. This does not remove your legal rights for online cancellations, faulty or misdescribed goods, or orders that are not delivered.

For health protection and hygiene reasons, sealed kits that are not suitable for return once unsealed cannot be returned simply because you change your mind after breaking the seal. Faulty-item rights still apply.

Cancelling an online order

Where the statutory cancellation right applies, tell us within 14 days after receiving your order, then return the goods within 14 days of telling us. Keep kits sealed if you wish to return them unused. You pay the return postage for a change-of-mind cancellation.

We refund the amount paid for returned kits and the standard outbound delivery charge when you cancel the whole order. Your first kit costs £0.00; additional kits cost £4.99 each. Refunds are made to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the goods back or receiving evidence you have sent them, whichever is earlier.

Defective, damaged or incorrect kits

If a kit is faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us with your order reference and a description of the problem. You normally have a 30-day right to reject faulty goods; other statutory remedies may apply afterwards. We cover reasonable return postage for faulty or incorrect goods and arrange the replacement or refund you are legally entitled to. Do not send used sample material through the post; contact us for safe instructions first.

Missing orders and requesting help

If your parcel has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, contact us so we can investigate and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate. This does not limit your statutory delivery rights.

Email admin@carefreekits.com or use our contact form. Include your CFK order reference. Contact us before sending anything back so we can confirm the return address and instructions. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Full terms are in our Terms & Conditions.
