Costs
Your first kit is free. A delivery fee of £6.99 applies per order, and each additional kit is £4.99. You can order up to four kits per order. The full total is shown before you pay.
Order handling and cutoff
Orders placed before 1 PM GMT (13:00 UTC) Monday–Saturday are handled the same day. Orders placed at or after the cutoff, or on Sunday, are handled on the next Monday–Saturday handling day. We do not handle orders on Sundays. GMT is used year-round; during British Summer Time the cutoff is 2 PM UK local time. Handling means preparing your order, not guaranteed same-day delivery.
Packaging and service
Orders are packed in plain, unbranded packaging and sent by Royal Mail Second Class. We deliver to UK addresses only.
CE Marked · In Vitro Diagnostic (IVD). Our available kits carry the CE mark and IVD symbol on their packaging. CE marking is the manufacturer's declaration that the product meets applicable EU requirements. It is not an approval or endorsement by the NHS, the MHRA, Google or any government body, and it does not guarantee that any individual result is accurate.
You'll receive an order confirmation email, and a dispatch email once your parcel has been handed to Royal Mail.
Late or missing parcels
Most orders arrive within a few working days of dispatch. If your order hasn't arrived within 10 working days, contact us and we'll investigate.
